- Surgery enthusiastic from college, I participated as a volunteer in microsurgery and free flap courses as an Assistant Instructor, and also achieved to be an Instructor and Lecturer at national and international microsurgery courses.
- During the 5th-6th year of residency, I performed numerous free flaps in the Maxillofacial Clinic for head and neck reconstructions. I also made the first facial nerve reanimation-after facial palsy in the maxillofacial clinic. The experience of maxillofacial clinic has given me expertise in facial reconstruction. The large number of cases and the experience in reconstructive microsurgery have given me safety in the head and neck.
- During my residency, I made volunteering (unpaid) in the Aesthetics clinic Medestet of Dr Mugea Toma for 4 years. There I came in contact with the Aesthetic surgery that I used in the facial reconstruction operations later.
- In October 2010 I was distinguished by DUTCH Association of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the Fellow Distinction that gave me the chance to develop and acquire new skills.
